>Description:
	Do a make depend and a 'make' and then again another 'make' and notice
	that all object files are rebuild again despite they are just build
	before and therefore up to date.
	This doesn't happen with an 4 days old make.
>How-To-Repeat:
	cd src/lib/libterm && make depend && make && make
	cd src/gnu/lib/libstdc++ && make depend && make && make
	Also src/lib/../crypto-intl/lib/libcrypto,
	src/lib/../crypto-intl/lib/libdes and
	src/lib/../crypto-intl/lib/libssl.
