New Gateway PC running win95 ("Windows 95 [version 4.00.1111]" for what it's worth) with a single IDE drive.  The drive has been split with fips into two partitions.

When installing, the existing partition(s) are not recognized as win95/DOS.  Coincidentally, this happens with openBSD-current installation also; the existing partition id is 0c.  I am unsure if
changing the type of the partition to 0b (the existing win95 id I think, at least that's what openBSD likes) is OK or not.

I can't install until this is resolved...

Use boot floppy, select Hard Drive install, examine partition info.
