	The SCSI and ATAPI drivers do not have detach routines
	(i.e. in the cfattach struct).
	This means that if a detachable device, e.g. a PCMCIA SCSI
	card or USB disk, is unplugged the kernel will panic.
	This is not nice.

	Well, as a first step the attach routines should be added.
	I'm not sure what should be done if a disappearing disk is
	mounted.
