I have an 3Com if_ex_cardbus in a machine with Toshiba ToPIC
Cardbus bridges. When configured to use PCI IDE DMA, the ethernet
card doesn't get any interrupts at all and when not, it only
gets them sporadically, in seemingly random and varying patterns.

For now, I am just using the polling hack in if_ex_cardbus.c ,
which makes things work well enough.
