	Here's a package for ntp4, the development version of NTP.

	Changes to the ntpv3, the in-tree version, are delineated in
	the release notes. This package builds the Sun IRIG driver on
	NetBSD for the first time; this needs to be tested on a machine
	with a /dev/audio device (need an IRIG, too!). For intermittently
	connected machines, the new loop filter coupled with the new
	"burst" mode looks like a clear winner.
