Christoph Badura and I are currently trying to find the bug and kill it.

The problem is that PR's without a Reply-To header get eaten somewhere.

For now, it's a good idea to make sure you do not delete that line from
the send-pr template.

[Note to Johan: I see that more than a few of your PR's have been hit
by this :-|]
