would be great if a make fetch would also fetch all the dependency
files also, recursively, until all needed files are on the system.
Need to do a checksum after downloading (see other pkg/request from
me).

This would be really helpful for those who cart our machines around
to get internet access, and really need to get all the distrib files
at one time..... (and without doing a make, since our time is limited).
