>Description:
The qe driver for the sbus quad ethernet card doesn't appear to work.
The interfaces configure ok, but as soon as one tries to transmit or
receive a packet, you get a receive interrupt error (on transmission)
or a transmit interrupt error (on on reception).
>How-To-Repeat:
ifconfig qe0 with an address to bring the interface up
    transmit or receive a packet
>Fix:
Not known at this time. Could it be as simple as the transmit and receive
interrupts being reversed? We probably need to talk to whomever coded and
    tested this driver.
