>Description:
When doing a make of the kde package, if png-1.0.3 isn't installed then
it is compiled, but installation fails if png-1.0.2 is already installed
(in the case of ghostview)
>How-To-Repeat:
make the kde package with png-1.0.2 installed.
>Fix:
It would be better if packages checked to make sure an earlier version
exists and if so prompt the user to de-install (if possible) or
install with FORCE_PKG_REGISTER set true.
