>Description:
While trying to compile the YACL library, I noticed that
NetBSD is lacking a gcvt(3) call and its family. While this is
not a major problem (never noticed it's missing for a couple
of years), it would be nice to have it added in some future
	release.

I am not aware whether any standard requires the system to
have it -- other Unix derivates don't say "conforming to
	standard XYZ" at least.
