My ThinkPad 380Z has a built-in serial port (two if you count the IR port)
which doesn't seem to work with NetBSD.  We don't find the isapnp bus, and
we don't probe the port, which is (according to Windows '98) IRQ 4 and port
0x3F8.  I have noticed that that *is* where we probe.  (BTW, if it's not,
I'm typing wrong here, but it is the same...)  I'm willing to run weird test
kernels or diagnostics if it'll help.

Buy a ThinkPad 380Z and try to use tty00.  :)
