nobody:*:32767:9999::0:0:Unprivileged user:/nonexistent:/sbin/nologin

9999 seems random. User nobody should be a member of group nogroup.

(Perhaps the groups bin, news, games and nogroup should also have
their respective users in the "long" listing in etc/group.)
