One can't choose Mach VM instead of UVM by editing kernel
config file and must edit "std.$MACHINE" file.
I need Mach VM in order to use commercial binary-only driver.

Please, move UVM and PMAP_NEW options back to config files
that are meant to be edited by users. Thanks.
