This package has dependencies on readline and perl.  I wasn't sure how
to add a dependency on X11, but I wanted to install it into
${LOCALBASE}, not ${X11BASE}.

I'm not sure if this builds correctly without egcs since it requires a
Fortran compiler.  I added a BUILD_DEPEND on f2c, since the build
process does check for f2c if no Fortran compiler is present, but I
didn't test it.
