>Description:

while trying to write an application that uses socket messages
(both SCM_CREDS and SCM_RIGHTS), i discovered that these are
currently broken. all attempts to use them get EMSGSIZE.

>How-To-Repeat:

the regression test for this fails (src/regress/sys/kern/unfdpass):

		splode sys/kern/unfdpass> make regress
unfdpass: child sendmsg: Message too long
		unfdpass: recvmsg: Message too long
		*** Error code 1

		Stop.
		splode sys/kern/unfdpass>

	please.
