	NetPBM package doesn't install libpnm.a, libppm.a, libpgm.a, and
	libpbm.a library files to /usr/pkg/lib. It also doesn't
	install pnm.h, ppm.h, pgm.h, and pbm.h to /usr/pkg/include.

	Install latest netpbm package and try to compile something
	that assumes you have netpbm libraries and header files
	installed.
