>Description:
	named-xfer (with bind8) gets installed in the wrong spot.

>How-To-Repeat:
	% cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/bind
	% make && make install

	Watch named-xfer go to /usr/sbin . It has to go to /usr/libexec
	(or /usr/src/usr.sbin/bind/named/pathnames.h needs to have the
	path to named-xfer changed - but I'd say that's the bad option.)
