>Description:
dump(8) will abort a dump unecessarily when:
	  1) EOM is reached and another tape is required
	  2) the new media used is write protected

>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to do dumps with a QIC-150 drive on a 470Mb
partition. When dump prompts for a new tape,
insert a write-protected tape and watch dump
	abort the entire dump.
>Fix:
dump should not abort an entire dump just because one
attempts to use a write-protected tape. Instead
dump should just complain loudly, and prompt for a tape
	again.
