I've updated the tgif package.  New pkgsrc is at:

http://www-mtl.mit.edu/~mcmahill/netbsd/tgif-3.0p17x-pkgsrc.tar.gz

I didn't touch the NetBSD CVS tags since I didn't know what to do with them.

Primary changes are:

- upgrade from 3.0-16 to 3.0-p17

- included the tgif patch17x for a problem when importing eps figures.

- included a patch to fix an obscure bug which shows up when importing eps
  created by dvips and then exporting to ps to include in latex and run 
  through dvips again with a watermark (I said it was obscure...)
