Greg, you need to check your mailer's setup:

... while talking to mail.weird.com.:

If you check DNS records, you'll see that duh.org has a perfectly valid MX
address, even though it has no A record.  "Bzzzt, try again!"

Considering that it bounced my response to your bug response, I hope you
either got the mail through this list, or you can just go query the PR for
it.  I'm too tired tonight to deal with this bogosity.
