NetBSD/i386 1.3.2

	COMPAT_LINUX doesn't emulate nanotime() syscall
	Run a linux binary that uses it.
	NetBSD has nanotime() -- maybe a simple as just using that one?
	Or is there some semantic difference that has to be accounted for?
