	Vacation(1) seems to be broken.  I configured it as I always
	have, and suddently people are reporting that it sends them
	completly blank messages.  I have verified this myself.

	Configure vacation(1) as described in the manual page,
	and write a .vacation.msg.  Note how the message is not
	included in the reply.
