	The gdbm package doesn't make the appropriate soft
links needed to compile programs with shared libs on
NetBSD/alpha.  Though it uses <bsd.lib.mk> to build the
libraries, it doesn't use it to install the libraries.

	The above tarfile contains changes to the Makefile
skeleton to use the <bsd.lib.mk> install mechanism.  There
are also additions to dynamically build a correct PLIST
(taken from /usr/pkgsrc/devel/libg++/Makefile) so that
non-ELF platforms don't need to install unnecessary shared
library links.
