a reference to mdoc(7) and mdoc.samples(7) should be added to the SEE ALSO
section of the man(1) man page.  Well, at least I think so, SunOs, has
a reference to man(7) in the man(1) man page....

I have added those 2 references, the diff is attached.  I just added the
2 extra SEE ALSO's, I didn't change the date or anything else in the file
(didn't know what to do).
