There's already a rsaref and pgp2 pkg submission in progress; see my PR's
#5007 (rsaref) and #5011 (pgp2).  Additionally, see PR #5008 (ssh with

NO.  FreeBSD's rsaref pkg fetches the rsaref sources illegally, according to
RSA's patent-protected license restrictions in the USA.  See PR #5007 for a
patent-conforming method of retrieving the sources.
