The /bin/sh redirection for read write on _one_ file descriptor is broken.
I don't know how to write the syntax without having send-pr interpret it as a
comment, but it's >< backwards, ie. the less than followed by the greater than.
:) This works under ksh, BTW.

Try the redirect.

Use ksh.
