>Description:
We appear to have support for XPG3 message catalogs - catopen(3) and friends
are documented. However, there is no man page for gencat(1), nor a page
describing the file format for the input to gencat, if it is appropriate
to separate the program documentation from the description of its file
format.
>How-To-Repeat:
% man gencat
man: no entry for gencat in the manual.
