	i attempted to do a network install of a system over a 10baseT
	crossover cable from a laptop.  this has been done in the past
	with the old install tools; failure to support this
	configuration in sysinst would be a functional regression.

	the install insisted on asking for the address of the
	nameserver even though there wasn't one on the trivial network
	I was setting up; i could not advance past the network config
	screen.
