There isn't a common function in libc, libutil, or whatever to
read a line that's been "continued" with \.
This PR is meant only to make a note of this so that it can
be addressed after the release of NetBSD 1.3.
Pull get_line() from netgroup_mkdb or read_line() from ypserv.
