>Release: NetBSD-current 15 Oct 1997
System: NetBSD 1.2G NetBSD 1.2G (ERIKBE) #54: Wed Oct 15 18:10:41 MEST 1997 i386

When doing a make in some sub directories below /usr/share/man,
	e.g. /usr/src/man/man1/man1.{atari,i386}, make chokes with
a "don't know how to make all" if NOMAN is defined.

q cd src/share/man/man1/man1.atari/
q make
q NOMAN=x make
make: don't know how to make all. Stop

None supplied, but this problem has been introduced recently, possibly
when the Makefile itself was updated about 11 Oct to include
instead of, possibly in the related changes in /usr/share/mk.
