sending a BREAK on the serial console of a 5000/200
or {2100/3100} does not drop into ddb,

Build a kernel with options DDB.
Boot on a 5000/200 set up for a serial console.
	send a break.
Notice the lack of a DDB prompt.
Hack on sys/arch/pmax/dev/dc.c:dcrintr() to look for an RBUF_FERR???
