dhclient, as shipped with NetBSD has the unlink() call commented out in 
dhclient.c, which causes /tmp to fill up with dcs* script files.  Uncommenting
this call seems to cause no ill effects (been running that way for ~2 months)
and resolves the problem.

Run dhclient.

Uncomment existing unlink() call in dhclient.c source
