You don't tell us which Xserver you are using and on which architecture.
But i guess you are using the amiga Xserver, in that cause don't use the
XKB extensions (-kb) or wait for a new Xserver and better ask this on
the NetBSD mailinglist for your port (amiga == port-amiga@NetBSD.ORG).
