>Description:
When dhcpd is enabled via /etc/rc.conf, it prints its start messages
to stderr (i.e. the console) as well as logs it with syslog.
This causes these messages to occur among the console messages
telling which daemons are started instead of just the name itself
	(dhcpd).
>How-To-Repeat:
Configure dhcpd and enable it with dhcpd_flags=DEFAULT in /etc/rc.conf.
Reboot and watch the boot messages.
>Fix:
Either fix dhcpd to not print it start-up messages to stderr, or
change /etc/rc to redirect stderr (which may cause loss of
	important start-up messsages).
