	On pcvt consoles, or xterms, "stty oxtabs" yields different
output characteristics than "stty -oxtabs", even when tabstops are set in
the terminals to 8 characters.

The lines shown below will exhibit the problem when sent to a terminal
with oxtabs set.

	This is tab-indented text.
	So is this.
	As is this.  All these lines have a single TAB character   at
	their start.
