I received the following information from a friend who in my experience
always knows what he's talking about. He credits it to

> YHU Montreal, QC (St.-Hubert Airport), Canada
> YMX Montreal, QC (Mirabel International Airport), Canada
> YMY Montreal, QC (Victoria STOLport), Canada
> YUL Montreal, QC (Dorval International Airport), Canada

There were also these. Depending on whether the file is supposed to be
strictly airports, or all extant codes of this coding scheme, it may or
may not be good to put these in.
