	The manpage sleep(9) describes the tsleep call:
tsleep(void *ident, int priority, int timo, char *wmesg).
The last 2 arguments have to be exchanged.
Perhaps the author blindly copied from the tsleep() header in kern_synch.c,
which is... unusual?
