Recent changes to include/dlfcn.h break the compilation of lib/csu at least on
the i386 port. Prototypes were changed, but not at all places (e.g.
lib/csu/common.c).

Try `cd /src/lib/csu && make` on a current 02.01.1997 NetBSD/i386 system and
watch:
