>Environment:

System: NetBSD lyssa 1.2B NetBSD 1.2B (LYSSA) #0: Tue Dec 10 12:13:34 MET 1996 tron@lyssa:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/LYSSA i386

>Description:
Today I wondered why "/etc/daily" wasn't run. I checked root's crontab
but it was okay. So I checked wether "cron" is running and couln't
find it with "ps". So I started it twice again but it just died
silently.

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot your system and check for "cron" with "ps -aguwx | grep cron".

>Fix:
Undoing changes done at 09-Dec-96 will fix this problem. But I don't
think that you like that idea. :-)
