Regarding <grp.h> not including <sys/types.h> ... since the getgrent(3)
manual page explicitly says:

SYNOPSIS
     #include <sys/types.h>
     #include <grp.h>

...is this really a bug?

Hmm, although, looking at the X/Open Single UNIX Specification,
it appears as if there's a precedent for making <grp.h> (and <pwd.h>)
stand-alone.

So, barring objections from the in-house standards weenie (HI JT :-),
I'd like to make <pwd.h> and <grp.h> stand-alone.
