	The manual page lpd.8 mentions that lpd uses /dev/printer, but
	actually it uses /var/run/printer.
	Read the man page of lpd, then examni if there is /dev/printer and
	/var/run/printer.  In my system, I could find only /var/run/printer.
	Or, read the source of lpr/{common_source,lpd}.

	Apply following diff.
