If you enter an invalid user entry with "vipw" reediting the passwd file
fails because util.lib/pw_mkdb() has already deleted "/etc/ptmp".
>How-To-Repeat:
1.) Call "vipw" from a shell.
2.) Add an invalid user entry.
3.) Save and exit.
4.) If "vipw" asks if you want to re-edit the passwd file enter "y".
