IMHO the preformatted nvi docs shouldn't be in the source tree,
since this is the case for all other ?roff based docs.
Also /usr/lib/sendmail instead of /usr/sbin/sendmail is referenced
a few times in the docs/sources. I think the default configuration
for all extras in the source tree should match our file system
layout.
