I get the latest round of updates to the svr4 emulation source files. I
rolled the updates into my /src/sys/compat/svr4 tree (I'm using NetBSD
1.1)

I recompiled my kernel, and now filemgr is starting to work. However, as
filemgr is coming up, these messages are displayed on the console and
filemgr locks hard.

The ktrace yielded little information, except filemgr is looking for
/dev/volctl with does not exist.

BTW, am I submitting these bugs to the correct place?
