>Description:
If you don't have the environment variable REPLYTO set, send-pr
sets the Reply-To field to $USER. For most people this results
in all replies getting lost. For me this results in all the replies
for my send-prs going to Leo Weppelman :-)

>How-To-Repeat:
unset REPLYTO and do a send-pr. Is there really anyone out there
who has REPLYTO set? I never heard about this before.

>Fix:
Remove this piece of code from send-pr. This works only if you have
an account at NetBSD.org! If REPLYTO is not set, send-pr shouldn't
	touch Reply-To at all.
