Whenever I try to re-export a filesystem (ie, change its export list, or
export options) mountd reports "Bad export entry" (after the kill -HUP).
Also, sometimes after the kill -HUP, _no_ new mount requests work.

Just change the export attributes of any already-exported filesystem,
and kill -HUP mountd.
