	When trying to create >96 ptys the naming scheme for the slave 
	slave terminals overlap with the pcvt ones (ttyv?). This is a 
	problem if you have >96 ptys and also use pcvt.

	Allocate >96 ptys using the current naming scheme
	Possibly change the name for the pcvt terminal devices?
