	Our troff (which should probably be "upgraded" to groff-1.10 anyway)
	has the standard GNU man page, which documents *only those features
	not normally in troff*.  To a user not familiar with the nuances of
	standard troff, this is lossy.

	man troff
	Upgrade to groff-1.10, and write a complete man page.  A SMOA.
