           I've run into a "bug" in your install documentation. It lists that the
   AMD PCnet/ISA boards are supported in the install disks, but fails to mention
   what the configuration for them need to be to be detected (it sort-of-mentions
   this for the PCnet/PCI).

For all practical purposes, the PCnet/ISA chip is equivalent to a
NE2100, and uses the `le' driver.  The kernels in the distribution
do not have any matching configuration for these devices; you need
to build your own kernel for it to work.

(I think I misspoke in my previous mail about this.  Sorry for the
confusion...)
