NetBSD has problems running more than 1 inet interface with
same type of adapter card. You can put a 3c503 & a 3c507 together
under NetBSD as ed0 & ie0 and both will come up. But if you
"config" ie0, ie1 with different io memory, irq, NetBSD will
recognize both cards to the point of posting the ethernet addresses,
but down the road on boot up log, you will see:
ifconfig: SIOCGIFFLAGS Device not configured
NetBSD then stop booting, to correct the problem I have to
copy_kernel from kernl diskettes. Can someone tell me what is
wrong here?
